17 “And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely”. Revelation 22:17
Have you ever given thought to the fact that the bride of Christ has a voice? Not only that, she also has a mandate. Until recently, not much was being said about the bride of Christ. This is about to change.
These days the world we find ourselves living in is unlike anything we’ve experienced in our lifetimes, often leaving us dazed and confused. Many are wondering if we are indeed living in what is considered the “end of the end” times, or the end of the age. The unknown can be scary, and yet at the same time there are those of us who sense that in some fashion, like Esther of old, we have been placed here and now for such a time as this.
The good news is that none of us have to wonder why God created us as He has, nor be confused as to what is our purpose. Whether you are new to this faith journey or have been traveling for a while, The Spirit and the Bride say, Come! is designed to help you move beyond status quo to discover your very own Issachar moment, and unleash the profound calling that is uniquely yours. It takes into account the many types of relationships we have with God and zeros in on the bride/bridegroom, what makes it unique, and why we want to get to know Him in this way.
The Lamb of God we see fully introduced in scripture 2000 years ago is now making Himself known among the nations as the Warrior, the Lion of Judah, and the Warrior’s bride is a warrior bride! She is meant to walk with insight, in confidence, power, authority, boldness, and in accordance to scripture. Her fine garments are the righteous acts of the Saints! She doesn’t sit by idly with her talents buried, inactively waiting for His return. She is meant to engage and disciple every part of our culture. The Church is waking up, and we are tuning in. The time to partner with our Lord is now, and it is crucial that we understand the role we play as we move forward towards the final chapter of this present age.
This was a brief introduction to my new book – The Spirit and the Bride say, Come!
If what you have read resonates, I deeply pray you will make the purchase and read the whole thing. It is currently available on Amazon in both paperback and e-book (Kindle) formats. THEN, I also hope you will share it with others and teach it as the Holy Spirit directs, in any form you like. I want to see this material used widespread and I don’t care who gets the credit, as long as it plays a part in ushering in the glory of our great God.
