Keeping in mind that our premise is to note all the things the new testament records that must take place prior to the rapture and/or the second coming of our Lord, let’s have a look at four major passages together.
Fresh words. Do you find they come at a moment when you just can't easily run to write them down? Like in the shower, for example, or when you're making dinner, in the middle of a meeting, mowing the lawn, watching the kid's soccer game, or having a conversation with a friend?
Your life matters, too. Everything you say matters. Everything you do has an impact on others, a ripple effect not just in this life but for generations to come. Our sphere of influence is much, much larger than we could ever imagine. Having a passion for Jesus in the center of it sets us up perfectly to partner with Him in His plans for us.
His message to me that came in the middle of me struggling to finish my first day back to work, and getting notified that zero folks had signed up for the class... was simply... GOD ignites the fire! I don't need to be over on the side trying to light the fire myself. If I provide the sacrifice, He will provide the fire!
Esther wanted Mordecai to put on a happy face and forget about all this noise of imminent danger towards her people. Besides, approaching the King on the matter would truly be putting her own life at risk, and so why should she rock the boat? She could face death by her choice to approach to the King or she would face death by her choice to do and say nothing.

The scary thing is that we find ourselves living in unprecedented times, and there really is no more time to dilly dally. We MUST WAKE UP NOW! Or as my dad would have very bluntly said, "Either crap or get off the pot" (except his language was a bit more crass).

People would rather have a sign from God than a word from God, but why? Because, frankly, hearing from Him involves cultivating relationship, and that just takes too much effort.
