Open Our Eyes

What will world war three look like? Will it be nation against nation, with armies fighting on front lines? Will it be clear who is the enemy, with folks back home rallying behind troops, building aircraft and weapons, and buying war bonds?

Or will world war three be cross boundaries, with those few black-hearted power hungry elite fighting stealthily against ordinary people, all under the guise of common good?

Are we now in the midst of this world war?

One thing the last few years has revealed is the wheat and the tares are coming into full maturity. Prior to COVID the two were hard to distinguish without Holy Spirit discernment. But now true colors and evil motives are on full display across all major spheres of society, and while so many still sleep, they are fully engaged at taking away every last freedom we have. Their narcissist goals are nefarious and nasty.

This war comes down to every single individual. No boundaries. No physical army fighting on our behalf. Only you and me.

BUT GOD…

“Now when the attendant of the man of God had risen early and gone out, behold, an army with horses and chariots was circling the city. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” So he answered, ‘Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.’ Then Elisha prayed and said, ‘O Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.’ And the Lord opened the servant’s eyes and he saw; and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.”

2 Kings 6:15-17

“To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ,  and to bring to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God who created all things; so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places. This was in accordance with the eternal purpose which He carried out in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and confident access through faith in Him. Therefore I ask you not to lose heart at my tribulations on your behalf, for they are your glory.

For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.

Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.”

Ephesians 3:8-21

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints”

Ephesians 6:10-18

The truth so eloquently stated once by author Bob Sorge is that all of us (whether we consider ourselves elite or not) will dwell with everlasting burning. The only question is, which fire will it be? The fire of God’s love, or the fire of God’s wrath? You choose.
