Chaos

Life is like an emotional roller coaster with many ups and downs, highs and lows, sharp turns and falls at high speed.

You, oh Lord, are my peace. You are my calm center, my quietness of soul.

In the beginning all was chaos, and then You SPOKE. The universe and all within it burst forth as creativity, peace, beauty, and order came flowing out of Your words. Satan does everything he can to bring back the chaos, but You are not caught off guard or bothered by it.

Lord, speak to my chaos and bring peace to my soul. I look to You, my portion. You are good to those who wait for You, and Your mercies are new every morning. My hope is in You.
